The Lazy Pig hog roasts are served with succulent hot fresh meat served straight from the roasting oven with crispy golden crackling, we rub the skin of all our pigs with olive oil and sea salt flakes to give the crackling its wonderful flavor and crunch, then the meat is loaded hot into our freshly baked soft bread rolls with the all important sweet and savory taste combination of Bramley Apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, perfect! A true British favourite!
